Return & Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
🚨 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Defective, damaged, or wrong items will be refunded to your original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) once we verify the issue.
📏 WRONG SIZE OR DOESN’T FIT?
If you ordered the wrong size or simply need a different fit:
Your return will be refunded as a store credit (gift card) — NOT to your original payment method.
Store credits never expire and can be used on any future purchase.
🚫 EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Beauty/personal care goods
- Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases, etc.)
🔄 EXCHANGES
We’ll first check if the size you need is in stock.
✅ If it’s available: we’ll process an exchange and send you the correct size.
❌ If it’s not available: we’ll issue a store credit gift card for the returned item so you can choose another size, color, or style that works for you.
✅ REFUNDS
Defective items = refunded back to the original payment method.
Wrong-size items = refunded as a gift card only.
This policy keeps things fair and helps us process returns quickly for all our customers.
