Our super smooth, long-wearing liners have an intense color that makes your eyes pop! This easy-to-use gel eyeliner is made with Soybean Oil and Safflower Seed Oil so your eyes not only look beautiful but are hydrated with moisturizing ingredients. Chamomile and Vitamins C & E help ensure a gentle application for delicate eyelids.
Chica Beauty’s three-in-one eyebrow tool includes a color pencil for definition, tinted brow powder to fill and volumize and a luxe color gel to set your feathered brow look! This buildable formula allows you to achieve an eyebrow look that is as natural or bold looking as you like! You can apply as little or as much as you have time for with its water and sweat resistance, it will last all day!
Pencil - use alone or as the beginning step. The creamy, stay-put formula features a flat tip for a precise outline to shape or fill in with hair-like precision strokes.
Powder - use alone for a softer more natural brow or over the pencil to finish filling in and adding realistic texture.

In-stock "Ready to Ship" orders will ship via USPS from our supplier in 3-5 business days.
Pre-orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive! Please pay close attention to the product description for the estimated arrival date. Pre-order items will not be refunded due to wait time!
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your package to be scanned and your tracking status updated!
The Dapper Squirrel Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you. If you feel you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately via email.
Return & Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

🚨 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
- Defective, damaged, or wrong items will be refunded to your original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) once we verify the issue.
📏 WRONG SIZE OR DOESN’T FIT?
If you ordered the wrong size or simply need a different fit:
- Your return will be refunded as a store credit (gift card) — NOT to your original payment method.
- Store credits never expire and can be used on any future purchase.
🚫 EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The fastest way to get the size you need is to return the item for a store credit gift card and place a new order.
