You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your item has shipped. PleaseĀ allow up to 24-48 hoursĀ for yourĀ package to be scanned and for your tracking status to be updated.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you.Ā If you believe you have entered the wrong address, please get in touch with us immediately via email.
Return & Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it ā unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Youāll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
š§ To start a return, email us at thedappersquirrelboutique@gmail.com. Once approved, weāll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
šØ DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
- Defective, damaged, or wrong items will be refunded to your original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) once we verify the issue.
š WRONG SIZE OR DOESNāT FIT?
If you ordered the wrong size or simply need a different fit:
- Your return will be refunded as a store credit (gift card) ā NOT to your original payment method.
- Store credits never expire and can be used on any future purchase.
š« EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Beauty/personal care goods
- Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases, etc.)
š EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get the size you need is to return the item for a store credit gift card and place a new order.
ā REFUNDS
- Defective items = refunded back to the original payment method.
- Wrong-size items = refunded as a gift card only.
